Ezazi Residential Apartment

The Ezazi residential apartment was designed to maximize the allowable floor area while responding to the client’s requirements and economic considerations. Beyond the spatial organization and municipal requirements, the façade was developed as a systematic geometric composition with variations in the proportions of solid volumes and openings. Cement was chosen as the primary façade material to create a unified volume with the side walls and avoid a layered appearance. A coordinated metal louver system provides shading for the windows while also functioning as their guardrails.
