Damavand Villa No. 2 was designed on a narrow, sloped, and constrained site with a limited budget, adopting an approach focused on maximizing the use of space while incorporating a variety of residential and recreational amenities. The site has a steep slope. The façade is standing seam cladding that continue seamlessly onto the roof and rest on the concrete retaining walls of the basement. The two narrow façades feature curtain wall glazing with precisely articulated geometric divisions, through which solid cement volumes project outward.
