Chahar Bagh Villa is designed and constructed with a brick masonry structure. The main challenge was to create a villa with a maximum net area of 60 sqm at ground level and a height of 3.5 meters. The basement, which features two courtyards for natural light and ventilation, allows for additional space beyond the legal limitations. Two balconies on the north and south sides of the living room at ground level extend the living area into the garden, without increasing the total gross area.
