Bayan Clinic Centre Is Being Developed In An Old, Abandoned Residential Building. The First Floor Has Been Adapted For Use As A Radiology Center, While The Second Floor Will Serve As The Headquarters Office. The Façade Design Incorporates The Building’s Original Geometry Combined With Wooden Profiles For Both Aesthetic Appeal And Safety Considerations. The Construction Is Divided Into Three Phases. The Main Challenge Of The Project Is To Design And Complete The Office Within One Month And On A Limited Budget. This Phase Has Been Successfully Completed.
