Ariyayi Apartment Unit

The Ariyayi Apartment Unit is located in an old building. To enhance spatial efficiency and circulation, the existing layout will undergo a complete redesign, taking user needs and a limited budget into account. The small central patio will be removed, and all wet areas will be strategically placed in the central section, creating a division between public and private zones. Additionally, all outdated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems will be redesigned and reconstructed to align with the new layout.
